We wish to ensure your complete satisfaction while shopping at Skin Solution. You may return unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Discontinued, reformulated or repackaged products are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges. If a free products was received with an order that is being returned, the free product must also be returned to qualify for the refund on that order. Items marked non-refundable will not be returned.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with the obligation we may have the right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Refunds are made to the original form of payment, with the exception of electronic Gift Certificates, in which case a new electronic Gift Certificate will be emailed to the original recipient.
If a Beauty Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
If your order contained a gift with purchase, all products composing the gift with purchase must be returned along with the items you wish to return.
Unfortunately, for any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanged via the above method. Any items bought at Skin Solution will need to be returned directly to the salon in Menlo Park. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
